Frank Blueming
Frank Blueming has been involved with the building industry for over 30 years. He has been a member of the HIA since 2003, and in 2015 joined the HIA judging panel for New Homes, a role he still maintains today.
Frank applies his extensive knowledge of construction, to seamlessly integrate the heritage features of a period home with the modern. Thereby breathing new life into the home. His team of expert Architects, Designers, and skilled trades work together to always create spaces which delight and inspire.
Under Frank’s guidance, Period Extensions & Designs continues innovate and collaborate with industry specialists to deliver functional spaces to suit the modern style whilst honouring the heritage of the home.
NICOLA BELL
As the Business Manager, Nicola oversees the financial aspects of the business to OH&S, the general wellbeing of the staff as well as overseeing client liaison.
Underlying all her dealings, be it with our clients, suppliers, staff or trades is the mantra ‘always deliver above expectations’.
In 2002, she commenced employment with the Period Extensions & Designs and continues to successfully manage the operations of the business.
RODNEY ORD
With over 40 years’ experience in the building industry, 20 as a builder in his own right, Rod has extensive industry knowledge. He is both a Past President of the HIA Victoria, Past Non -Executive Director of the HIA National Board of Directors and a panel member of the Building Commission (now VBA) meaning Rod has a high industry profile.
Rods role as our General Manager allows him to ply his skills and expertise in this market segment to ensure our projects are delivered professionally, seamlessly and to a high standard.
Michael Blueming
Michael commenced work with Period Extensions & Designs as an apprentice carpenter in 2005. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, he worked as a carpenter, where he further developed his knowledge and experience within the building industry. In 2017, Michael took up the role as a Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, Michael has oversight over the administration of each project from permits to completion. He manages the projects under construction including liaising with clients, trades, and material suppliers. Michael strives to deliver projects on time, and on budget, with the best outcome for the client.
