We gave Period Extensions and Designs an unenviable challenge to restore our somewhat decrepit 100 plus year old californian bungalow. Bricks had come loose, internal ceilings walls and floors were shabby, mouldy and collapsing and old lean to verandah was virtually unusable as a living space. As well, outside stucco and other renderings had cracked and fallen off. ... The good thing about PED’s set up is that they project manage expert tradesmen in every field of building requirements including bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers snd painters. If they don’t have a trade on hand they recommend an expert. The building was expertly repaired and restored in a timely manner to a very high standard and a sunroom, new laundry and ensuite bathroom added as well. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result. We thoroughly recommend PED them to anyone wanting to renovate an old home.

Everyone we dealt with was so impressive, from Rod at the design phase to the fantastic building team that were on site for 12 months (as planned, and not a week late!) led by Sean and supervised by Michael. We feel very fortunate to have found this company. The quality of the work performed is exceptional. ... Very minor issues (not unexpected for a job of this scale) that have arisen in the 12 months since the job was completed have been attended to promptly and without any fuss whatsoever. This has also really impressed us and speaks volumes of the integrity of this company.
