The team at Period Extensions did such a beautiful job restoring and extending our period home. The design was far superior to others we had done; the attention to detail throughout the project was extremely impressive; and the renovating process was so much smoother and more enjoyable than we ever imagined. We were able to trust in their expertise and craftsmanship and had no major issues along the way. Moving back home has been really great and we are so grateful for the high quality of work the team consistently aspires to and definitely achieved for us.

We can't speak highly enough of Period Extensions and Designs. Everyone we dealt with was so impressive, from Rod at the design phase to the fantastic building team that were on site for 12 months (as planned, and not a week late!) led by Sean and supervised by Michael. We feel very fortunate to have found this company. The quality of the work performed is exceptional. Very minor issues (not unexpected for a job of this scale) that have arisen in the 12 months since the job was completed have been attended to promptly and without any fuss whatsoever. This has also really impressed us and speaks volumes of the integrity of this company.

Period Extensions & Designs just completed my build which was practically a whole new double story house - traditional period style at the front and modern at the rear. It has been a pleasure working with Period Extensions & Designs to help realise our vision for our home. At the outset, the design team listened carefully to our ideas and made some very helpful suggestions, before drafting a set of drawings that provided us with the confidence to proceed. The building team was flexible in accommodating changes to the scope of work as the project evolved, and we are very pleased with both the interior and exterior finish. The company was able to draw on its relationships with a variety of skilful tradespeople to help ensure this result. We felt comfortable in discussing progress with individual tradespeople, who were receptive to receiving feedback and making adjustments accordingly. The various tradespeople and other staff who visited our home were all friendly and polite, which was very important in our case, as we continued to live in the house as the renovation progressed. From the first meeting to discuss our renovation plans for our home through to the handover (one month earlier than expected) the team at Period Extensions was efficient, co-operative and respectful. It was a no hassle project with an exceptional end result.

The project was delivered on time and on budget resulting in a seamlessly integrated first floor addition to our house. The house looks like it was built like that from the very beginning, everyone says. Our friends find it hard to believe but there were no variations except when we asked for them.
