After our initial design consultation with you, and if your project is deemed suitable, our architecture and design team will create a bespoke design that is tailored to your lifestyle needs and budget. Our team will provide you with a quote and a specification detailing the scope of works.

Following agreement on the design and cost of your project, our team will present you with a preliminary agreement. This will showcase the preparatory works such as the soil test, engineering, working drawings, town planning (if applicable), interior design (if applicable), and any other items detailed in the preliminary agreement that are required for the build.

Our team will apply for the building permit, as well as obtaining all relevant insurances. At this stage, we will also organise the pre-commencement site visit with you to discuss the upcoming building works.

Once your building works are complete, our managing director together with the site supervisor will walk you through the completed build. following which, the final administration tasks will be completed, leaving you ready to move in and enjoy your beautiful new home.
