Embarking on a transformative journey, Period Extensions & Designs took on a unique task that deviates from our typical projects.

The homeowner approached us to transform his Edwardian home’s façade into a modern exterior, rather than restoring its original charm. This would ensure the entrance complemented the architecturally designed home behind it.

Amidst this departure from tradition, we meticulously executed the renovation, constructing a double garage with internal access to an impressive front entrance, while also updating the driveway and front garden, and extending the rear deck to create a more functional, usable space.

Not only was this a visual transformation, but internally we ensured the spaces flowed seamlessly and were practical for a growing family, while redefining convenience and security.
