Entrance

The homeowners could see the potential of this home. While this property was sited in an impressive neighbourhood and had an entrance with a presence; it just did not measure up in terms of accommodation. There were only two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (that could really only be called a study).

Back Yard Area

The title to this Hollywood home had an ancient covenant that stated walls must be constructed of brick only; so a lot of steel was used to support the upstairs brick structure. It was also important that any renovation ensured that the “look and feel” of the home remained.

Master Bedroom

When the owners approached us they knew exactly what they wanted – “our bedroom must be as big as it is now, two of the additional bedrooms are to have ensuites, we must have light coming in to each bedroom, our Master is to have a large walk in robe and ensuite…..”

Bathrooms were turned glamorous, proportions were grand, and the majestic stairwell was given an update.

The end result; a seamless integration of existing with new, both inside and out. The accommodation and value of this property has significantly increased.

We think this Hollywood star continues to exude opulence and well and truly deserves its place in the Court!
