Eaglemont Project

This Eaglemont 1920s solid brick, double story residence had some truly beautiful rooms to the front but the layout and size required attention. One main concern of the existing home was the lack of flow and connection between rooms. The homeowners also felt particular frustration around the lack of space addressing their entertainment needs.

Period Extensions & Designs stylishly reorganised and renovated the home to achieve wonderful, fresh and bright living spaces. We achieved this through a full renovation including a ground floor extension. In particular, we oriented the main living areas in such a way that encourages easy flow. What’s more, we updated the space to focus on the amazing vista of a transparent glass, above-ground, swimming pool. The pool adds a truly inspiring dimension to the updated property.

The first-floor extension has created more bedroom space and multiple bathrooms for their three children. We renovated the kitchen, adding a large island bench, lots of storage, and a walk-in pantry. We also gave the living room a modern update.

The family now loves their new home, which is perfect for their needs. This home extension and renovation is truly designed with the happy family’s future growing needs in mind.
